Admin Assistant Receptionist

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling all phone calls, and reservations, and proactively greeting all guests and visitors.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the organization.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
- Provide general administration support, including data entry, filing and documentation.
- To perform any clerical and administrative tasks given from time to time.
- Driver’s schedule coordination.
- Jot from input.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments given by HOD.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- At least SPM Certificate or relevant qualification.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Pleasant personality and good team player.
- Possess positive attitude and sense of job responsibility.
- May require overtime or off-normal working hours during peak periods
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
