**EXECUTIVE SECRETARY**

Location : Shah Alam

Basic Salary : RM5,000 & above
- Must be able to perform full range of secretarial / administrative duties and personal assistant to Managing Directors
- Organize meetings, appointments, coordinate business schedules, travel arrangements for Managing Director
- Organize and manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion, correspondences, records and maintain an organize filing for smooth data retrieval.
- Must have high level of integrity, self-motivation, is proactive, willing & able to work independently and with others as part of a team.
- Must be attentive to details, positive thinker with multi-tasking abilities.
- To be professional & approachable at all ties
- To undertake any other tasks / assignments assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:

- Must have excellent computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & other programmers.
- Must have good personality and attitude. Able to work independently, versatile and able to multi-task

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
