- Tasks & responsibilities
- Preferably male, age range: 34-38

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to director in both business and the director's personal private and confidential tasks;
- Organise and manage the director's diaries, and coordinate and schedule appointments/meetings, online conference calls, online conference calls, online meeting and related events, prepare meeting materials/reports/ documentation and take minutes of meeting.
- Able to control and manage multiple ongoing task efficiently
- Liaise with external parties such as other secretary firms, auditors, local authorities and government bodies.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
- A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
