To monitor & ensure all F&B Service operations, guest service, food and beverage quality are running smoothly
- Possess a strong ability to generate revenue, through promotions and sales and ensures daily budget and cost control are monitored
- Able to control departmental costs/expenses
- Maintaining SOP for F&B quality of service
- Prioritize guest satisfaction and interaction
- Able to coordinate meetings/groups/events and function at Hotel
- To create the best dining experience possible for the customer
- Able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sales
- Conduct inventory actively as per plan and responsible for all stock
- Capable of resolving arising issues from operations
- Able to coordinate with other departments when handling meetings/groups/events and function

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: From RM8,000.00 per month
