Assisting the overall human resource operations and ensure the smooth running of daily operation in the department.
- Assisting recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and multi-task.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,326.03 - RM4,029.69 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (required)

Expected Start Date: 07/01/2024
