Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
- Builds relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
- Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t
- Communicate with other departments head regarding sales
- Manage and generate revenue for company’s and clients’ events
- Manage in building marketing & sales database
- Develop and lead sales strategy for the team to achieve sales objective
- Establish team sales goals and allocate key accounts to each member
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status report
- Lead, manage, and motivate an effective team of sales to achieve sales target, propose necessary course, activities or suggestions to improve the team’s productivity
**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA a plus
- 5-10 years’ sales or marketing experience
- 3-5 years’ supervisory or management experience
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, and management.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
