Role of a Talent Acquisition Partner is to promote employment opportunities within a business and identify the best talent for each role using a variety of recruitment methods. Talent Acquisition Partners assist partner with Hiring Managers in finding the best people for the positions they are hiring for and help improve the company's current hiring strategies.

**What does the role involve?**:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using different niche channels and social media outlets. Integrity, a positive attitude, passionate, creativity, and collaboration will be key to your success in this role. You will actively engage with internal stakeholders at Hilti Asia IT Services Sdn Bhd (HAITS). You will be responsible to ensure the following:
Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels
Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the HRBPs
Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established
Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the Hilti Group & HAITS Brand and growth plan
Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at HAITS

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a similar field, or the equivalent in professional experience.
- You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
- Hands-on experience in industry-specific recruitment
- Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards
- Experience with HR tools and processes
- End to end recruiting experience
- Proven success in previous positions
- Sector-specific long-term experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Prior knowledge of operating various applicant tracking systems is an added advantage
- Must be self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented, with a strong people focus.
- Ability to effectively, collaboratively, and proactively work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with widely diverse personalities
- Be fluent in English (verbally and written).
