- **Sales Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for individual team members and monitor their performance closely.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Business Development**:

- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to expand the center's client base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to attract new customers.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales data, metrics, and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights from data analysis to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support sales activities and achieve targets.
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability closely, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue maximization.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving overall business objectives.
- Provide input and feedback to product development teams based on market insights and customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.
- **Compliance and Ethics**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing sales activities and customer interactions.
- Promote a culture of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior within the sales team and across the organization.
- **Language**:

- Mandarin, English, Cantonese

**Salary**: RM3,108.74 - RM10,589.85 per month
