- Basic Salary RM2,800 - RM5,000 (per month) + Commissions (5% Quarterly basis) + Monthly Expenses Claimable

**About the Role.**

As _**Business Development Specialist **_your primary responsibilities will include:

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Prepare proposals & quotations according to clients' requirements.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Design health screening and wellness program.
- Do research on market need/trend of health screening and wellness program.

**About You.**

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

- **Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- **Sales and Relationship Building**: Experience in sales, particularly within corporate environments, and the ability to build strong relationships (Key Account Management) in the Health & Wellness industry, especially in relation to HRDF.
- **Work Ethic and Reliability**: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, is proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, and reliable. Must be able to honor commitments consistently.
- **Self-Motivation and Organizational Skills**: Capable of efficiently organizing your routine and maintaining high levels of self-motivation.

- **Transportation**: Must have own transportation for travel to work appointments.
