**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Take down customers' details, diagnose vehicle condition then arrange necessary service to assist the customers.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding customer service problems.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Transfer the inbound calls to the appropriate department.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in dealing with the public.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good computer skills, multi-tasking skills.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.

Morning Shift 10:00 am - 7.30 pm

Afternoon Shift 2:00 pm - 11.30 pm

Night Shift 11.30 pm - 9.00 am

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (preferred)
