Able to communicate well with customer and receive inbound and outbound calls and alias with internal support and engineer to provide best service and support to customers.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- PROACTIVELY resolve customer complaints or feedback with the SLA.
- Strong product knowledge & provide accurate information.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
**Key Competencies**
- Previous experience as Customer Service or other related fields
- Proven experience in customer service or customer care line or any relevant field for an organization.
- Experience using content management systems.
- Capable of keeping confidential materials
- Self-motivated and has strong sense of maturity.
- Results oriented and Customer focused.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Completion of high school education, attainment of a general education degree, or an equivalent qualification.
- Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (would be ADDING POINT)
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM System.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
