Personal Assistant Company Secretary to Director

We are seeking an efficient and versatile Personal Assistant cum Company Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support while managing corporate secretarial duties in alignment with our business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Director and stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow, supporting decision-making and relationship-building with partners.
- Monitor departmental performance, offer strategic insights, and organize key meetings, reports, and materials efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, manage schedules, and appointments, and handle correspondence.
- Draft and vet various contracts agreements, letters and other legal documentation (if applicable)
- Oversee office operations, manage corporate secretarial duties, and handle official documentation effectively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for business trips and assist with personal tasks for executives, ensuring a balanced approach to work commitments.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Environmental Studies or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Prior experience in a similar role supporting senior management (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for creating reports, presentations, and documentation.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
