**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Perform receptionist tasks such as greeting visitors, receive or collect documents and serve drinks to visitors when needed.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Manage office facilities, including liaising with vendors, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized working space.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, providing professional and timely assistance and resolving inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide suggestions for process improvements and enhance office operations.
- Support the HR department with tasks such as update staff attendance daily, record staff medical certificate (MC), maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and organizing staff training sessions.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
