Documentation Assistant

Responsibilities:
- This position is usually involved in property, thus a basic knowledge in property laws is advantageous
- Administrative of office files
- Familiar with latest procedure and system of land office/ LHDN and other related bodies/ authorities
- Handle all other conveyancing matters such as Perfection of Transfer (14A)
- Prepare all the land office forms
- Undertaking any other task/duties as may be required from time to time
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field
- Full time position available
Job Location : Seksyen 30, Kota Kemuning (Shah Alam)
Nationality Preferred : Malaysians Only
Other Benefit : Annual leave, Bonus, Medical, EPF & Socso
Woking Days : Monday to Friday (8.30 a.m - 5.30 p.m)
