Human Resources Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Monthly preparation & timely completion of the full spectrum of payroll
- Coordinate and organize all statutory payments and liaison with all statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN, etc)
- To check and verify staff claims, and overtime claims ensure all staff claims are approved by the Director before proceeding with payment processing.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee personnel records
- Keep abreast of the latest updates on employment law and compliance requirements
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and oversee the office's general tidiness and organization.
- Responsible for handling ISO administrative & documentation.
- To do tasks of all general affairs matters.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent command of written and oral communication.
- Available to work immediately or in short notice period will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a good work ethic.
- Preferably a detailed-oriented person and a fast learner.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and be a good team player.
**Salary**: RM3,700.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
