Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices and cash bill.
- Raising purchase orders and chasing of outstanding accounts.
- Record site photos sent back by workers for back charges or variation order works.
- Maintaining soft and hard copy filling system in order.
- Other related administrative task assigned by the superior.
**Requirements**:
- Required Skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Optional)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Possess own transport.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
