Provide assistance to general operational ocean freight functions
- General correspondences with customers, suppliers, agents, and other inter-departments for ocean freight movements
- Monitor and coordinate export & import ocean freight movements
- Prepare relevant documentation for the customer
- Coordinate routine customer reports
- Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards
- Respond to internal inquiries and complaints and coordinate with another department on ocean freight needs
- Monitor internal data & system compliance

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, including Excel and PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Outlook
- Flexible, and willing to take on more responsibilities
- Solid organizational skills, multitasker, and attentive to details
- Good communication - speaking and writing

**Preferred Skills**
- Problem solver and willing to take more responsibility
- High computer literacy and ability to adapt to system changes
- Fast learner & Proactive in handling task
- Independent and require mínimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure
