Develop and implement strategies and policies related to industrial relations and employee relations in compliance with labor laws. - Maintain positive relationships with employee representatives, labor unions, and government authorities. - Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes for both the organization and employees. - Handle employee grievances and disputes, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions. - Advise and guide managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, legal, and operations, to develop and implement initiatives that promote positive employee relations and engagement. - Monitor and analyze key employee relations metrics, identify trends, and propose strategies for improvement. - Participate in relevant industry associations and forums to stay informed about best practices and industry trends in IR/ER.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
