Responsible for all activities of industry (IND)/FoodService(FDS)ofDPOGroupand to meet agreed sales and profit budgets.
- Plan, direct, manage, and coordinate all sales functions in the IND/FDS division, including business development.
- Develop and coordinate the strategies and action plans defined for the proper achievement of the objectives of DPO Group for Industry (IND) / Food Service (FDS).
- Strongly promote sales of DPO Group products in all territories, in close cooperation with group management.
- Further develop and motivate the Industry (IND)/Food Service (FDS) team.
- Manage and control the expenditure of Industry (IND)/Food Service(FDS)of DPO Group.
- Responsibility for the yearly budgeting process.
- Review all logistics procedures in order to guarantee optimal pricing structures, efficient and timely distribution and corrects torageconditions,by working closely with the SCM team.
- Ensure that local food legislation is followed and that all products are properly compliance with the respective authorities.
- Responsible for compliance with local law and regulations as well as with existing company policies and procedures and with the DPO International Group.
- Key Performance Indicators.
- Meet annual budgets for sales and profit.
- Ongoing development of DPO IND/FDS business by actively investigating new opportunities.
- Build a strong and reliable sales team in the region.
- To lead the Industry/Food Service Division of DPO International Group business across all parts of South East Asia.
- To deliver a robust, profitable business with high integrity in accordancewith DPO International’s Mission and Core Values.
- Toimplement a “Customer centric” culture-defining, segmenting and developing target group specific solutions to customers’ needs.
- Delivery of sales and profit against annual budgets.
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Regional Sales Manager who has already been responsible for a business unit, preferably within an international group.
- Food background, preferably and ideally with a relevant degree (food engineering or science or business management).
- Sales experiences in similar market channels of IND / FDS.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Chief Commercial Officer, utilising their experience to develop specific initiatives, projects or customers.
- Capable of leading the commercial function (hands-on).
- Sound understanding of operations (quality, logistics, purchasing, project management).
- Capable of developing and implementing medium-term strategic plans.
- Firm believer in leadership, team work, staff involvement and development (corevalues).
- Energetic, enthusiastic and resilient.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
