Regional Sales Lead

We need a Regional Sales Lead / Regional Sales Manager to cover our growing market in the Asia-Pacific region, ideally someone based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or Singapore.

Having a solid background in the Education Tech / Enterprise Software or public sector market experience is preferable

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Implement business development strategies**
- Analyze business development approaches and strategies to determine their best use within the EdTech and corporate learning industry in the Asia-Pacific region
- Develop long-range goals and objectives for APAC market penetration
- Update business development strategies in line with market and industry trends for CloudSwyft
- Use sales tools for accurate forecasting of current and future business

**Manage client relationships**
- Coordinate resolution of client complaints and queries
- Provide clients with a platform for communication and feedback
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Support clients with product demonstrations and recommendations

Close Deals*
- Coordinate with relevant teams to finalize all terms and conditions related to contracts and agreements
- Negotiate specific terms of product and service offerings Close deals Prepare bid documents to potential clients

**Pitch products and/or services**
- Develop quotes and proposals for potential clients
- Leverage on network of contacts to identify potential clients and decision makers in the organization
- Plan approach for sales opportunities
- Prepare documents and materials for meetings and negotiations

**Identify new sales opportunities with existing customers**
- Identify sales opportunities by employing a consultative sales approach
- Participate in pricing the product and/or service
- Present new products and services to existing customers
- Work with pre-sales and post-sales staff and other internal stakeholders to meet customer needs

- Strong MSFT office skills with expert level Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
