**Primary Objective**:
Execute the development and implementation of RHB Group’s performance management system to inspire a high-performance standard, which empowers RHB Group and its workforce to meet and exceed business objectives. This includes the design and enhancement of performance framework and appraisal.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Management**
- As part of the team, execute and coordinate annual performance cycle, managing stakeholders, communication and tracking & reporting of Group-wide employee performance
- Contribute to the team in the design and enhancement of RHB Group’s performance management framework to elevate the effectiveness & efficiency
- Conduct data analysis on performance management and perform benchmarking of best practices in performance management across industries to update RHB Group’s processes and policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate Group-wide engagement sessions to educate, up-skill and raise the standards of performance management and assessment in RHB

**Promotions**
- Contribute to the team in execution of RHB Group’s promotion cycle, working closely with Rewards & Org Design to ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of employee promotions.

- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Bachelor’s Degree in any field (or relevant).
- Any HR certifications or accreditation from credible institution
- Minimum 0-3 years of relevant experience in Performance Management or any related HR field.
- Experience or knowledge of performance management principles and practices - performance appraisals, goal
- setting, feedback & coaching.
