**Job Requirements**
- General office administration management of office facilities, stationery, pantry supplies and general upkeep
- support for international and domestic travel arrangements for corporate office employees
- Receptionist duties and contact point for all post and courier services
- Coordinate with IT on MTU Business Portal / IPAS / MTU system access
- To ensure all permit and business licences are renew accordingly and data up to date.
- Assist Powergen team with local FAT with client
- Assist Business Development team for Vendor registration and managing Vendor tender.
- Updates MPS LinkedIn, Facebook etc on our key projects and updates
- Coordinate and arrange corporate gifts for project commissioning and sales
- Assist on staff claims and other support requirements.
- ISO Process, Procedure and Documentations

Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the head of departments.

**Academic Qualifications & Additional Skillsets**
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Proven ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Highly organized with a methodical approach to tasks
- Office management experience is a must
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Independent and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
