[RN] Our client is an OEM Manufacturing company specializing in the manufacturing of Food Products, Food Supplements, Health Supplements and Traditional Herbs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and market share growth in the OEM manufacturing segment.
**Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients, including food product brands, supplement manufacturers, and traditional herbal product companies, to expand our client base.
**Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
**Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance and support.
**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
**Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our food products, food supplements, health supplements, and traditional herbs to effectively communicate their value to clients.
**Negotiation and Contracts**: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and compliance with legal requirements.
**Sales Forecasting**: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
**Reporting and Analysis**: Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 5-7 years experience in sales management, preferably within the food manufacturing or supplement manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of food products, food supplements, health supplements, and traditional herbal products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Malay; mandarin is a plus.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
