- Address travel-related questions and issues communicated through chat.
- Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
- Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints
- **Requirements**:_
- Must have at least 6 months Customer Service Experience
- Airline experience (added as an advantage)
- Supported UK market (added as an advantage)
- Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Must be Unemployed
- Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage
