Customer Service Team Leader/manager

**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Manage a call centre team and ensuring deliverables are met
- Guide and mentor team to manage customer enquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Plan and roster team schedule
- Ensure delivery of fair outcome to our customers and ensure the quality of service in place
- Actively share customer feedback to internal departments to improve the customer experience
- Actively respond to the feedback received from the social medias
- Work with internal teams to ensure the pre & post service for all products are in place.
**Requirements:**
- With 2+ years experience as Team Lead in BPO company
- With 3+ years hands on experience in customer service industry
- Knowledge in the fintech or blockchain industry is an added advantage
- Ability to articulate issues / problems to internal departments
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage to manage stakeholders from China
- Good and positive attitude with a keen interest in learning
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
