Administrative Support
- Purchase Order Management: Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders. Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Communicate delivery schedules and expectations to suppliers. Maintain positive relationships with vendors
- Coordinating with other departments within a company for the purchase of specialized materials or equipment
- To perform other duties as and when assigned
**Required Experience**
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the supervision sector or related field
- Computer literacy, willing and eager to learn something new
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
- Training will be provided.
**Preferred Education**
- Possess in SPM or Diploma in facility management or any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
