**Requirements**
- **English fluency [Mandatory]**:

- Minimum Diploma holder
- **MUST **at least 3 years to 4 years’ experience in call centre industry
- Minimum one year experience in supervisory roles
- Basic excel knowledge
- Compulsory to work in **night shift**

**Job Scope**
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the Contact Centre Operations to deliver a best-in-class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs.
- Ensure all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Conduct staff’s performance review and document staff’s improvement plan to keep up service professionalism and operational efficiency.
- Generate daily reports for internal reviews and other documentation as required.
- Overall lead in ensuring team deliver the highest standard of service experience towards respondents
- Work closely with Manager and Client to understand the Operation needs.

**Working Hours**: 10:00pm - 8:00am

**Working Days**:

- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Monday
- Tuesday

**Off days**:

- Wednesday
- Thursday

**Remuneration package**:
Base pay: RM4000.00 - RM4800.00

KPI allowance: up to RM500.00

Night shift allowance: RM15.00/day

**Working location**:
Menara Tokio Marine Life, Jalan Tun Razak (KL)

**Interview arrangement**:
Physical interview (Menara Tokio Marine Life, Jalan Tun Razak - KL)

**Salary**: Up to RM4,800.00 per month
