**Job Description**:

- Responsibilities:

- Conduct recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating customer service training programs, ensuring that all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent service.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient operation of daily activities.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in human resources and recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in providing customer service training is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree and above in related field.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
