Demand Generation Specialist

**Salary Package**
Basic Salary: RM 3000

Commission: Up to RM 1500

**Responsibilities**
- Establish a proper understanding of the client's insurance products and service lines.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Track activities and report to the Sales Manager on sales results utilizing the CRM.
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate service lines.
- You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

**Requirements**:

- Fluent level of market language English required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, and Management is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
- Very good knowledge of Demand Generation
- Outbound experience
- Very good self-organization
- High social competency, team worker
- Authenticity and self-confidence
- More than 1 year of working experience as a Demand Generator
