Assistant Customer Service Manager

.Manage the department by supervising and evaluating staff activities. Strategizing and assisting staff with tasks as needed.Liaison with external parties such as Custom on matters pertaining to custom procedure and LMW and MITI on Trade agreement.The process of designing, implementing, and improving customer service. Participate in the development of key measures and reports for service request management.Providing good customer intimacy and satisfaction to customers through correspondence with customers on matters relating to orders, shipment, payment and complaintsTrack and report quality issues such as shipping discrepancies, claim issues, freight issues, and vendor issues, customer surveys, and so on.Taking on additional responsibilities as neededResponsible to oversee and manage Customer Service department, including monitoring and reporting metrics such as productivity, response speed and any metric which affect the quality of service.To ensure proper quality of services and strict adherence to processes of Customer Service Department.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
