**As Personal Assistant to the chairman, this position demands heavy responsibilities and unequivocal commitment. To keep pace with the chairman’s work.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the schedule by arranging meetings and appointments.
- Compile and organize the documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the chairman and other team members.
- Build and maintain positive relationships by assisting in organizing events.
- Continuous monitoring and updating of the team’s progress.
- Perform ad hoc tasks, special assignments, and other related responsibilities as given.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and positive working attitude.
- Possess good communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
