**Assistant Manager, Contracts (Civil) (Project And Facilities Management)**
- Work on a diverse range of contracts for road and rail projects including the construction of stations, tunnels and viaducts.
- Ensure that the contracts with our vendor partners are administered in line with contract provisions and proper procedures.
- Navigate matters on cashflow / budgetary forecasts.
- Review of contractual arrangements, procurement and tender document preparation, cost data analysis, award of civil contracts, payment, claims and variation orders in addition to post-award contract administration.
**Assistant Manager, Contracts (Goods & Services)**
- Responsible for providing comprehensive contract administration services for a wide range of goods and/or services contracts.
- Required to work closely with the internal users in preparing cost estimates, bill of quantities, specifications and tender documents; advising on the use of appropriate forms of contract; administering the tender process and wrapping up pre-contract clarifications for the award of contracts.
- Involved in the administration of such contracts up to the finalisation of the accounts for the contracts.
- Reviewing various procurement and organizational initiatives.
**Assistant Manager, Contracts (Systems & Services)**
- Work on a diverse range of IT & Other Systems; Transport Systems; and/or Electrical & Mechanical Services contracts.
- Ensure contract governance, and all tender and contract administration processes comply with the company's requirements and procedures.
- Involved in preparing cost estimates for new projects / initiatives / feasibility studies, drafting tender documents, evaluating tenders, administrating contracts (e.g. processing of payments, valuation of variations, assessment of claims) and providing contractual advice to project teams.
**Assistant Manager, Contracts (Rail Core Systems)**
- Part of a team managing the contracts for the implementation of the land transport infrastructure projects.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for new projects / initiatives / feasibility studies.
- Prepare tender documents and ensure that the tender process comply with Authority’s requirements and adhere to the procurement procedures.
- Involved in tender evaluation, evaluating of tender bids, administrating of contracts according to contract provisions and in accordance with financial procedures such as processing of payments, valuation of variations, assessment of claims, cash-flow projects and providing contractual advices to project teams.
- Required to develop and maintain a comprehensive cost database relating to assets-replacement projects.

Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
