JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for leading all business development and product management activities from strategizing to execution in driving growth and profitability in line with Company's goal and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Responsible to acquire business opportunities - targeted brands and top seller brands with goal for onboarding and contract relationship.
- Conduct research and evaluate for potential products and brands for collaboration.
- Propose and preparing of seller contract which included but not limited to collaboration terms, commission / slot fee, product lists and etc.
- Liaison person with brands and sellers on product sampling and list, hot selling items, product features/info, sampling delivery and distribution, billing and aging.
- Maintaining long term relationship with brands and sellers by proposing potential live host and content creator to optimise and drive sales growth.
- Liaise with TT platform/marketplace for any competition event, special promo and vouchers, rules and regulations, new tools and features, and or any available resources to drive sales and business growth.
Product Management
1. Responsible for end to end preparation and execution of brand and seller products:
- Product samples arrangement and distribution (for live, for video shoot; internal/external across Malaysia)
- Provide briefing to all PIC and live host/creators on the product’s features, selling points, in-trend info etc.
- Propose operational flow for cross functional processes (Creators Management PIC, Multimedia/Video team)
TikTok Platform Engagement and Marketing Strategy
- Primary liaison person to update internal group on any special events: celebrities/superstar live, exclusive live, TTSL and etc for planning and execution in terms of live scheduling, teaser video, product lists, event rundown and briefing.
- Provide marketing support by TT boosting to drive traffic and sales.
- To brief cross department (weekly basis) on any TT competition event as well as available resources such as vouchers and promotions to empower live host/creator in driving customer engagement and sales growth.
Management Reporting
- Work with stakeholders to streamline processes and define clear input and output KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute business plans, strategies and targets/KPIs.
- Analyse back-end data and prepare weekly performance report for Management review.
- Preparing of weekly slot fee/commission billing for Account invoice issuance.
- Follow up through with brands/sellers for any outstanding payments.

- Must be able to work in Bukit Mertajam (Penang)
- Basic knowledge in short videos and live streaming on Tiktok.
- With relevant experience in product knowledge, marketing, sales, marketplace platform.
- Good discipline and able to working in flexi hours/ shift.
- Knowledge and mastery in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint.
