Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia BPO Sdn Bhd Full time

**Nature of Business**: Established online ecommerce platform in Malaysia.

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur.

**Working days**: 5 days with a 9-hour break (rotational shift from 11am to 11pm).

**Salary**:Basic RM2,400 + RM300 (fixed skill allowances) + RM500 (KPI + Attendance Allowances - after 3 months of probation).

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or above.
- Capable of working on a rotating shift.
- Have 1-2 years of call centre experience.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English, as well as Bahasa Malaysia.
- Business writing abilities are necessary.
- The ability to function autonomously.
- The capacity to multitask, priorities, and efficiently manage time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customers should receive accurate information and help in a professional manner.
- Respond to all client requests accurately and on time.
- Document call-center processes and frequently asked questions, then focus on continuous process improvement.
- Be the customer's voice when delivering feedback to the company.
- Analyse customer experience reports and insights to develop improvement suggestions and actions.
- To be able to help clients overcome obstacles by offering service recovery.

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
