Admin Maintenance Officer

Job Description:
- Provide maintenance & technical support to ensure that all electrical equipment & appliances such as lighting, airconds, fans and etc. are in operable condition at all times.
- Supervise the Office Maid (Cleaner) duties to ensure that cleanliness & hygiene are taken care of as per standard set by the Company.
- Ensure the Office Maid attendance/punctuality/discipline, grooming, conduct and attitude at work are as per Company policy.
- Manning the reception counter/front desk inclusive of answering incoming telephone calls and ensure that the area is tidy and well organized.
- Handle all purchase, replenishment and record of stock for amenities such as coffee, tea, sugar and etc. for all pantries.
- Ensure that the cleaners detergent, soaps, brooms, mops, pails and etc. are available an d in good condition.
- Take care of all Company Vehicles at KL Office. Ensure its cleanliness and follow-up its service schedule, road tax/insurance expiry date.
- Act as Pool Driver & carry out despatch job as and when required by the Management.
- Perform basic Finance administrative work such as data entry, sorting bills & etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.
