**角色和責任**
**1. 培訓與發展(T&D)**
- 確保所進行的培訓計畫符合公司的目的和目標
- 為 PHB 員工確定合適的培訓並確保他們符合 TNA 要求。
- 管理培訓申請流程、專案資訊和培訓機構資料庫。
- 為學員準備和編制訓練文件,如考勤表、訓練計畫效果評估和訓練效果評估表,並確保所有文件完整併妥善歸檔。
- 透過 SharePoint 組織和管理 HCD 部門的培訓材料、知識分享表和培訓活動
- 準備並完成訓練滿意度分析(TSA)、訓練效果評估分析(TEEA)和訓練評估分析(TEA)。
- 準備和更新培訓記錄,如員工培訓記錄、培訓計畫清單、培訓預算費用、付款監控等。
- 規劃和安排培訓課程並向參與者發送通知
- 為參加培訓課程的人員準備、分發和編制培訓證書
- 協調所有培訓後勤工作,包括但不限於課程報名、房間安排、餐飲設置和安排視聽設備、虛擬設施和設備,並為所有學員和培訓師準備課程材料(如有必要)
- 負責團體訓練、內訓、網路訓練、權力演講系列、講座系列等訓練課程的場地、餐飲安排和座位配置。
- 提供第一線客戶服務並解答有關員工培訓活動的問題
- 確保所有培訓文件都以虛擬方式存檔和組織
- 規劃和全面協調 PHB 輔助警察培訓和發展計劃
- 篩選和協調與新培訓提供者、顧問、職業人員以及與培訓計劃相關的其他供應商的會議
**2. 人力資源發展公司(HRDC)**
- 作為與 HRDCorp 的第一個聯絡人和聯絡點,處理與培訓補助金申請、索賠和 E-tris 平台相關的事宜,並準備 HRDC 使用報告
- 最大限度地利用 HRDC 資金並證明培訓效果
**3. 符合ISO標準與要求**
- 確保所有培訓和發展活動和文件符合 ISO 整合管理系統 (IMS) ISO 9001:2015、ISO14001:2015、ISO 45001:2018 和 ISO 37001:2016 標準和要求
- 確保所有 HCD 單位文件以正確方式歸檔
**4. 管理PHB培訓中心(PTC)**
- 協調內部或外部請求者的功能和詢問,包括設施、設備以及與餐飲服務商的協調
- 確保PTC處於良好的導電狀態
- 確保 PTC 滿足並保持最佳的健康和安全合規性
**5. 卓越中心 (CoE)**
- 為卓越中心(COE)的實施提供支持,確保流程順利進行
- 與 CoE 團隊密切合作,正確、專業地規劃、管理和執行 COE 下的項目
- 協助 CoE 內容的影片和照片編輯,以確保它們能夠正確存檔
**6. 學習管理系統(LMS)和數位化**
- 協助 LMS 的管理,包括使用者帳戶、課程、內容和報告
- 作為 LMS 支援的主要聯絡人,解決技術問題並能夠為使用者提供培訓
- 隨時了解 LMS 中的新特性和功能
- 開發符合組織目標的引人入勝且有效的電子學習課程和模組
- 融入多媒體元素(影片、動畫、圖形)以增強內容交付
- 組織和維護所有數位學習內容的集中儲存庫
**7. 其他**
- 承辦公司特別活動等臨時職能。
- 準確及時更新SharePoint中的所有信息
- 為人力資本管理部門提供行政支持
- 履行與指派的工作範圍相關的其他相關職責。
**要求:-**
- 人力資源/培訓與發展/社會科學/心理學/工商管理/辦公室管理學士學位任何其他專業證書資格
- 良好的英語和印尼語書面和口頭溝通能力
- 良好的電話禮儀
- 個性開朗
- 高度積極性和良好的團隊合作精神
- 精通MS Office應用程式、ieWord、Excel、PowerPoint和Outlook等電腦輔助軟體
- 創新、足智多謀、獨立
- 成熟、守時、遵守紀律,認真對待自己的工作和責任
- 可靠,勤奮,能夠接受和執行指示
- 2 至 3 年培訓和發展以及舉辦培訓活動的工作經驗
- 必須具備 HRDC 索賠和 ISO 合規方面的經驗
- LMS、電子學習、卓越中心、內容創建和數位化方面的知識和經驗是額外優勢。
