1. Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal databases (e.g. leave record) 2. Prepare HR documents (e.g. Employment Letter, Confirmation Letter) 3. Revise company policies 4. Liaise with external partners, like vendors and recruitment agencies 5. Responsible for payroll and claim processing function effectively 6. Validate payroll report, preparation of bank file, payslip and statutory reports 7. Create regular reports and presentations on operation metrics 8. Answer employees queries about HR-related issues 9. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms 10. Assist in administration task 11. Proper update in our working SOP 12. Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time
