**Position Overview**:
The VIP Service Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our VIP clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese and a strong background in fintech or cryptocurrency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
**Service Excellence**:
- Provide personalized support to VIP clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards.
**Market Insights**:
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Share insights and feedback from clients with relevant departments to enhance service offerings.
**Reporting and Analytics**:
- Monitor client activity and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on VIP client engagement and satisfaction.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop strategies that enhance the VIP client experience.
- Train and mentor junior staff on VIP service best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, account management, business development and operation within the fintech or cryptocurrency sector.
**Language Skills**:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Technical Proficiency**:
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading platforms is preferred.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
