Portfolio Management Executive

**Financial Reporting**
- Handling full set of accounts included posting of transactions and perform month end closing in a timely manner
- Prepare all schedules & reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial report & analyze financial data for management review

**Account Payable & Account Receivables**
- Process and review invoices & claims, ensuring timely payments and accurate recording
- Manage account receivables to ensure timely collection and accurate credit note issuance
- Prepare reminder letter to account receivables with overdue outstanding
- Process credit assessment for new dealer account opening

**Cash Flow Management**
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecast
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve bank discrepancies Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Assist in audit and tax preparation
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing
- Assist in secretarial documentation preparation
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment assigned by Superior/Manager from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking or equivalent
- Familiar with SQL Accounting System
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to meet a tight deadlineAttention to details and independent with the ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess strong knowledge about Accounting management/ Administration management / Banking Management
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to appl

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
