2. Any other related scope of work as professionally directed by the management.
3.To sort of receiving curriculum vitae.
4. To ensure that all the staff personal file is updated.
5. To update the balance of annual leave, MC and other related leaves in E-RWNA.
7. Prepare account opening letter RHB for new staff and contract worker.
9. To give HR Briefing to new staff on their reporting day.
10. To open the new personal file for new staff.
11. To scan all the new and existing staff recruitment documents (Personal Data, Curriculum vitae, Certificates, IC copy and other related documents) and save it in Ad-Server.
