**Position General Summary**
- Involve in prepare the overall master Implementation plans of all business development activities.
- Formulate and maintain Tender Management Unit’s policies, procedures and SOPs.
- Maintain effective working relationships with business partners, airport personnel, aviation representatives, governmental agencies and community partners.
- Compile the tender activities status report by monthly basis.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly/yearly budget for the Unit.
- To ensure effective and efficient tender activities as per the Company’s policies and procedures i.e tender briefing, tender documents, appointment of Tender Evaluation Members etc.
- To ensure effective and efficient the process of evaluation of business proposals for Tenancy/Services and preparation of related management papers for approval.
- To ensure effective and efficient issuance of the instruction of contract offer upon the approval of the related approving committee.
- Provide input to the management and coordinate with all related parties in ensuring effective and efficient implementation of all commercial business at hand.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks or duties as directed by Superior(s) or Management from time to time.

**Key Challenges**:

- Meeting with Tenants on the business offerings and agreements finalisation.
- To sustain the current airport businesses and to ensure the renewal of agreement on Tenants/Concessionaires for Commercial Services Division.
- Mitigating risks in all processes within Commercial Services scope of work and responsibilities
- Preparation of Board/BPC/MPC papers and presenting for approvals.

- Good exposure to the aviation/airline industry.
- Ability to forecast market scenarios in establishing product development initiatives.
- Highly organized and meticulous at work.
- Strong analytical skills with strategic orientation.
- G ood project management skills.
- Highly articulate with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in major languages.
- Highly motivated with strong drive for excellence.

**Relevant Industries**:

- Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Senior Executive role, OR
- Diploma with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Senior Executive role, OR
- Certificate with minimum 7 years relevant experience in Senior Executive role
- Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least
- Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and
- Minimum Meet Expectations / C
