**Job description**
1.1 Responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department such as Human Resource, Administrative and Purchasing functions.
1.3 Responsible for staff payroll, overtime and other staff benefits.
1.4 Monitor staff performance, attendance activities and discipline and provide basic counseling whenever necessary.
1.5 Maintain proper, timely & accurate personnel records.
1.6 Prepare and submit periodic and timely HR Reports as and when required.
1.7 Responsible for maintaining employee safety, wellness and health reporting.
1.8 To attend to all insurance matters for the Company.
1.10 Responsible for stationery purchases and control.
To carry out any other duties as directed by the Administration Manager from time to time.
