HR Manager

Assist the management in formulating HR policies and regulations and ensure their implementation and effectiveness.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Update, maintain, and file employee data in the HR system for all employees.
- Update, maintain, and file training records and evaluations for all employees.
- Review manpower capacity, capability, behavior, discipline, work attitude, and performance evaluation.
- Manage recruitment, training, and retention of employees and general administration affairs.
- Handle payroll computation, government compliance, statutory contributions, and deductions.
- Handle employee insurance medical claims and compensation claims from Socso.
- Attend to industrial relation matters and grievances of employees.
- Enforce and instill discipline and take disciplinary actions whenever required to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Conduct performance appraisals for all employees to evaluate their work performance, provide feedback on strengths and areas for improvement, and set goals and objectives for future development
- Report to the management on all matters concerning gross misconduct and termination of employees.
- Handle general office administrative matters.
- Perform any other duties as and when required by the management.
**Salary**: From RM6,000.00 per month
