Our client is a global leader in the healthcare industry, they are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to their customers worldwide. As a leading player in the healthcare sector, our clients understand the importance of efficient supply chain management in ensuring the timely delivery of life-saving medicines and healthcare products.

As the Sales &Operational Execution Manager, you will spearhead our client’s Sales & Operations Execution process, driving resolution for short-term supply chain issues and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer experience, promoting transparency, and maintaining a high-performing organization. The role can be based in Singapore/Malaysia or Thailand with 10% of the traveling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership in S&OE Process:
Leading the resolution of supply chain issues involves proactive identification and swift mobilization of resources. Collaborating with teams fosters effective problem-solving, while data analysis provides valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Demand and Supply Planning Oversight:
Ensuring planning aligns with business needs requires analyzing forecast variations and proposing timely actions. Transparency enhances planning accuracy, promoting visibility and adaptability in dynamic market conditions.
- Customer Experience Enhancement:
mplementing processes to address customer issues promptly is essential for enhancing their experience. Coordinating responses and empowering teams fosters accountability and enables organizations to deliver exceptional service.
- Data Utilization & Continuous Improvement:
Leveraging data for insights and performance improvements drives strategic decision-making. Continuous improvement initiatives, driven by collaboration and innovation, rely on maintaining data accuracy for reliable metrics.
- Facilitation and Communication:
Facilitating effective meetings and providing transparent updates foster trust and alignment. Open communication and collaboration among teams and partners enable cohesive efforts towards shared goals, supported by regular feedback loops for iterative improvements.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred).
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in relevant industries (Life Sciences preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with S&OE, S&OP, and demand planning processes.
- Proficiency in SAP and Dashboard tools.
- Thailand/Singapore or Malaysian nationalities
