Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute daily operations of counters and promoters to achieve sales target within the assigned area.
- Transfer/reshuffling of counter stock to ensure right merchandise at counters level.
- Plan and identify potential promotion area to capture more market share.
- Monitor and control stock loss, sales variance and operational expenses within budget.
- Hire and train existing supervisor, rotation, promoter and part timer and to coordinate with fairs or events.
- Execute marketing promotional strategies given by management to improve brand awareness and profitability.
- To liaise with dept store personnel on daily operations at counters.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity and obtain monthly sales ranking by brand by area to recommend improvements to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with dept store and frontliners.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience in handling consignment trends in dept store.
- Able to provide problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Fast learner and quick thinker

**Salary**: From RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
