Sales and Operations Manager

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Provide leadership to sales and operations department by propose short, medium and long term plan and execute the plan. Accountable for sales performance of the assigned business units. Ensure efficient centre’s management through proper planning, effective SOPs and execution plans. The role works closely with various department to facilitate and to ensure necessary support are rendered on a timely and efficient manner in order for centre’s sales achievement.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Sales Performance and Management**

1. Works with CEO and other functions to communicate of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the centres and ensure centre managers and floor staffs receive the information in a timely manner.

2. Responsible in expanding the sales team, monitoring the sales revenue, keeping track on the key performance’s indicator with supervising the sales staff activity and inventory efficiency management.

3. Generate ideas about future industry activities and maintain up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends in order to increase the revenue performance, this include sales performance planning and cost management.

4. To develops and documents sales policies, processes, procedures and tools including its implementation, compliance and execution.

5. Manage sales incentive program to ensure sales achievements are recognized through career progression or monetary award

6. Take ownership of sales reporting and analysis of all aspects of the sales performance including pipeline, performance metrics, trends, forecasting and opportunities and maintain the accuracy and integrity of sales data.

7. To manage and support centres sales and operations including setting of daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets, ensure those targets are subsequently met and high customer satisfaction ratings

8. Work Marketing department regarding forthcoming events, promotion, campaign and sales initiatives.

9. To manage and control direct expenses through effective cost control of expenses aligned to budgetary provision.

10. Provide rapid response to customer complaints and acknowledging them professionally and document the report.

**People Management**

1. Manage and supervise the sales and operations staffs to operate within the guidelines the standard procedures of the company; strictly keeping all company and customers information private and confidential.

2. To ensure all sales staff are well equipped with good product knowledge and understand the procedures thoroughly.

3. To coach and provide guidance to staffs by provide them direction, training and motivation necessary to secure their competence and commitment and encourage active involvement.

4. Ensure staff is more customer centric, by coaching, providing effective feedback, rewarding and recognizing accomplishments.

5. Provide sales staff with tools, scripts and other relevant content guide their interaction with a prospective customer.

6. Works with HR to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhere to.

7. Proactively manages and reviews the performance and progress of staffs, sets objectives and targets, work with education team to identify people skills and opportunities for continuous development.

**Operations Management**

1. Leading operation teams and ensure the team meet its objectives.

2. Manage and monitor their performance and constantly reviewing capability and capacity to ensure objectives are delivered.

4. Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day operation within their defined work area including strategic planning of resources

5. Identify opportunities and leading cross-departmental initiatives to drives operational improvement and efficiencies.

6. Define Operations SOP, manual and manage new process execution; ensure operations processes satisfied audit requirements.

7. Ensure operational consistency across head office and all centres and that operations comply to all policies and procedures; influences any changes to meet requirements.

8. To analyse and forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each centres to determine the optimal stock level.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
