**Geographical scope**:

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Facilitate smooth scaling of Anchanto's fast growing sales teams
- Organize and present sales information in a systematic and accurate manner
- On-board and train new sales team members by on-boarding them effectively
- Maintain the cadence of communications, forecasts and review across the regional sales teams
- Create bandwidth for CRO, CxO and Country Heads

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement ongoing administration and cadence to regional sales operations to the leadership team through the pipeline and deal analysis, **sales-related reporting, forecast accuracy** and management, performance against **sales and revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis**:

- Assist leadership (CxO) teams and Chief Revenue officer to Organize and facilitate weekly sales calls, monthly sales reviews, and quarterly business reviews. Prep prepares the entire analysis, check on information accuracy, work closely with the sales team to make sure all data is accurate and as per process.
- Identify and implement **tactical sales initiatives and operational needs, including go to market (GTM) business planning**, organizational execution, and ad-hoc analysis (sales productivity, pipeline management, yield, contribution, revenue mix, new logos, etc.) and provide accurate **guidance in revenue forecast and recognition policies**.
- Overall Manage and execute account assignment and transfers, end of month processes, and sales onboarding-related activities i.e., **sales hierarchy and compensation setup**.
- Assess current business practices/policies and proactively identify improvement opportunities or process gaps to drive **improved sales efficiency and effectiveness**; Actively participate and provide feedback to the broader global sales support ecosystem.
- Work closely with Sales and Group Finance teams to support sales reporting, revenue forecast**, **and compensation initiatives for financial budgeting.
- Lead onboarding and training new sales team members across the region for the products, pricing, contract, and sales repository familiarization.
- Own and maintain overall sales information repository (pricing, contract, sales decks, case studies, processes) and build new elements to scale sales teams

**Must have**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- More than 5 years' relevant experience in sales operations.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills as a part of his/her team; collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; Comfortable in presenting to executive audiences.
- Analytical and quantitative skill set.
- Proficient in CRM tools, particularly **Hubspot**.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to adapt to a fast pace and an evolving environment.
- Proficient communication in English
- Have implemented an opportunity management process in CRM based on a defined sales process
- Have used CRM for sales forecasting.
- Coordinates sales forecast calls & generates reports for ELT weekly
- Supports Sales Enablement / Onboarding activities (coordinates internally for training and updates training documentation)
- Supports Sale Performance Management (able to explain their process when/how low performing reps are being managed
- Consolidates / Documents / Updates sales decks and collaterals for standardization
- Supports Sales Team to coordinate with internal teams on contract creation / discount approvals / project res
