**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible in managing full spectrum of HR with a specialization in end-to-end Payroll Management.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
**Payroll Management**
- Fully responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll processing and timely remittance of salary and statutory payment; as well as timely completion of yearly exercise (EA form generation and submission of Form E for company tax filing).
- Responsible for group medical/insurance enrolment, member update and termination as well as claim dispute as well as liaising with vendors on invoices and services related to payroll and group insurance.
- Support in yearly performance review, increment and bonus exercises.
- Manage both internal and external audits including statutory audits from government authorities.
- Fully responsible for resolving all payroll related matters, issues, discrepancies and queries from employees.
- To provide relevant reports in regards to payroll related cost as well as other reports when necessary.
- Involved in other ad-hoc matters or projects as assigned from superior from time to time.

**Other Responsibilities**
- To assist in handling full cycle of Recruitment, Selection & talent management to recruit the right talents to achieve company goals
- To assist in annual staff performance review and work along with other Head of Departments.
- To assist in disciplinary management and provide coaching and counselling section when necessary.
- To assist in review and developing Company Policy & Employee’s Handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
- To assist in training needs analysis and provide recommendation for training plans for all employees.
- To assist in the planning and coordination employee engagement programs to promote and strengthen corporate culture.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized institute of higher institution.
- At least 8-10 years hands-on working experience in full spectrum of HR with specialization in Payroll Management.
- Well versed in the local labour legislation and stay abreast of changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
- Have good interpersonal skills in providing HR advice to stakeholders at different level.
- Good verbal and written communication skill.
- Pro-active, keen learner and a good team player.
- Possess a high level of integrity, and a sense of urgency.
- Able to work independently and systematically with mínimal supervision.
- Strong in time management, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Have an eye for details and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
