- Responsibility_

1. Business development/sales strategy, strategic planning
- Work with ASA company to develop business development/sales strategy for Malaysia (priority) and other new countries and recommend to manager for approval.

In cooperation with ASA's sales department and local production, technical and logistic departments, develop annual action plans and KPI's to meet the strategic goals for business development in Malaysia (priority) and other new countries. - Informs local managers of issues and risks (financial and timing) and proposes possible solutions to ensure that strategic objectives are met.

2. The budget
- Prepare sales budgets (based on the framework established by the finance department) for new customers in Malaysia/new countries, ensuring that strategic objectives are met and recommending to the Managing Director for approval.

**Salary**: RM4,335.73 - RM18,089.25 per month
