Sales and Marketing Objectives:

  • To develop new customers and grow existing portfolio customers revenue to achieve department quality objectives and personal KPIs in accordance with marketing programs by identifying customer needs and providing business solutions.

Sales Programs Excellence:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed targets for new customers and existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and facilitate outstanding customer relationships programs via visiting programs, timely responses to enquiries, dispute resolution, and customer complaints.

Database Management:

  • All customers' information and sales activities shall be planned, recorded, and updated timely in ERP systems and Customer Relationship Management on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Education, Background, and Experience: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transportation, CILT, Mass Communication, Business Admin, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in logistics, freight forwarding industry. Receive high acknowledgement and complement from customers on job commitments.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively as necessary.

Communication and Sales Skills:

  • Strong communication in Mandarin (preferable), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve sales results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Customer focus and solutions mindset. Naturally outspoken, positive thinking, and self-motivated personality.
  • Good value of integrity, hard work, humility, and carrying high responsibility in work.
